ALASKA TRAVEL HINTS

The 'What to bring' list to your left, serves as a memory jogger and should not be perceived as a comprehensive listing of absolutely what to bring. Use your best judgment, but attempt to keep within the 40 pound 'free' baggage limit imposed by the Alaska charter service. Military duffle bags are best for storing clothing.

When making your travel arrangements to Juneau, Alaska; your airline itinerary must include a leg from Sea-Tac Airport (Seattle) to Juneau, Alaska via Alaska Airlines - Juneau's only carrier.

It is required that any person 16 years of age, or older, acquire a Alaska sport fishing license. The license is available from a number of different sources in Pelican.

Though you are required to pay for Air travel to Pelican from Juneau, and return, arrangements are made by your host - Captain Dennis Hay.

There are a number of wonderful lodging alternatives available in Juneau, if you plan on overnighting and exploring Alaska's capital, prior to traveling to Pro-Angler Adventures:
