Dennis Hay's PRO-ANGLER package: Capt Hay provides
his angling clients with the ultimate presentation of tackle, gear, and expertise
aboard the 31 ' Casco Bay, Cummins diesel powered, charter boat. All boats
are rigged specially for southeast Alaska waters. The "DESTINATION" is
fast at 16 knots and is completely outfitted with top-of-the line electronics,
saltwater lures, fishing tackle, including light tackle, fly rods, saltwater
fly reels, mooching and trolling rods featuring: Shimano, Penn, Billy Pate
and Newell reels. All-weather gear is furnished. Ice is provided on each boat
for protecting the fish. Beverages are served on board. Your catch is cleaned
and filleted daily. Custom vacuum sealing and blast freezing of your daily
catch is provided by CROSS SOUND SEAFOODS.
SPORTFISHING RATES: Prices are based
on angling groups of four (4)members.

PRO-ANGLER will arrange additional 28' to 34' guided boats for larger groups
RESERVATION DATES: May 12 through September 21. Arrivals: All arrivals on Saturday, fishing Sunday through Wednesday (4 days fishing), or Thursday (5 days fishing). Departures: Thursday or Friday at 9:00 am. Pro-Angler Trips are: 6 nights, 5 days fishing, or 5 nights, 4 days fishing. Two and three day corporate trips are available. Please call for specifics.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $500.00 per person deposit is required to reserve specific dates. The total balance for your trip is due 45 days prior to your arrival to Pelican. Our bookings are limited, so we encourage you to book as early as possible to secure your preferred vacation dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your reservation deposit is 100% refundable 60 prior to your reservation, or if we re-book your space within 60 days of your scheduled arrival.
ACCOMMODATIONS and MEALS: Call me for specific information on Pelican Accommodations. Deluxe meals are served at Mick's Wheelwatch Lodge and Lounge. Meals are also available at Rosie's Famous Bar and Grill and Lisianski Inlet Café.
CHARTER FLIGHTS: Daily scheduled charter flights via ALASKA SEAPLANES are available daily in Juneau. 2008 rate is $145.00 each way from Juneau to Pelican. The rate includes 40 lbs. of baggage. Fish freight is $.60 per pound from Pelican to Juneau. ALASKA SEAPLANES has a walk-in freezer at the Juneau airport to store your fish prior to your Alaska Airlines departing flight. Additional costs: Jet transportation to Juneau, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, non-resident fishing license, king salmon stamp, and items of a personal nature.
